Refund/Return Policy

We have a NO return to get a refund policy, which means once you purchase is processed and ready to ship and we have not received an email about a damaged or incorrect item in the time frame of three (3) days, there are NO returns for full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be in our warehouse possession still, and NOT in a shipping box ready to shipped.

To start a refund, you must first contact us at endlessjewelsworks@gmail.com for approval. Please note that refunds will need to be approved by someone in our staff. Please email us at the email provided as soon as possible to be eligible for a refund, as we try to work on orders as soon as we receive them. 

If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a refund email confirmation, as well as instructions on how long it will take for your money to be refunded back into your account. Refunds requested without first contacting us will NOT be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (You have three (3) days to reach out for a damaged item, also we go based of the day it marks delived on our end)


Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded or returned, like an Endless Jewels Gift Card and/or items on sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have damaged or incorrect, and once the return is accepted and returned to us and is in our possession, we will send out the correct item you had paid for. Returns/Exchanges due to damaged or incorrect items will ONLY be replaced with the item included in your purchase NOTHING else even if it is the same value. Another order must be placed if you will like something different. 


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received your email and checked the status of your order, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
